In addition to a Lancaster University (Hons) degree in Operational Research , Mathematics and Economics and Postgraduate Qualification at Manchester Business School - for fun, Don sought a Diploma in Public Speaking from LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). This qualification certifies an ability to teach presentational skills. Short training sessions in successful public speaking and effective presentations are sometimes provided to staff of client companies.
